Description

The Corner Cottage is a house dated 1707, built from coursed limestone rubble with a coped gable on the left side. It features a 20th-century tiled roof with an altered stone end stack. The cottage has a two-unit plan and is two stories high, with a two-window range that includes three-light casements topped with stone flat arches. In the center, there is a 19th-century plank door also with a stone flat arch. Between the first-floor windows, there is a datestone inscribed 'W/WM 1750'. To the right, there is a 19th-century one-storey stone range. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
