Description

The Chimney House is a 17th-century house with later additions and alterations, including restorations from around 1950. It features small, square panels of timber framing with brick infill and a plain-tile roof. The building is L-shaped in plan and has a single storey with an attic, presenting a two-window range. The entrance is off-centre to the left and consists of a plank door set in a moulded wood frame within a gabled porch. The house has renewed casement windows throughout and a similar entrance is located at the left gable end. Both ends of the building have gabled roofs. The interior has not been inspected.
