Description

A 17th-century dovecote, later converted into a house, stands on The Green in Snitterfield. It has undergone alterations in the late 20th century. Constructed with a timber frame and brick infill, the building features an old tile roof with a gable facing each direction. The original plan was square, but a brick extension has been added to the right. The exterior presents two storeys, with a 20th-century plank door and casement windows on the ground floor. A 2-light casement window, paired with a gabled half-dormer, is visible on the first floor to the right. The timber frame is square in design. Further brick additions are present to the rear. The interior was not inspected at the time of listing.
