Description
The right garden and retaining walls, railings, gatepier, and gate located approximately 5 metres north of Manor Farmhouse are of historical significance. The walls may date back to the early 18th century, while the railings, gate, and gatepier are from the early 19th century. The curved walls are constructed of limestone rubble and stand about 2 metres high and 5 metres long, featuring a coped top. The cast iron railings and gate exhibit a geometric design. The limestone ashlar gatepier rises approximately 2.5 metres and is topped with a simple cornice and a ball finial. This structure is included for its group value.
