PAILTON RUGBY ROAD SP48SE (East side) 3/67 Greenway Farmhouse and attached barn - II House. Late C16. Timber-framed, with some close studding to first storey. Brick and plaster infill, whitewashed. C20 slate roof and brick stacks to ridge and end. storeys; 4-window range. C19 panelled and part-glazed door within C19 gabled porch. C20 casements to first and ground storeys. Brick plinth, renewed in some places. Interior: noted as having some original beans to ground storey, and open fireplace. Late C18/early C19 barn attached to right.
