Formerly lodge to Combe Abbey. Circa 1770s, probably by Lancelot 'Capability' Brown. Brick, with smooth rendering. Tile roof with brick stacks to centre. 2 storeys; central octagonal range with 2 one-bay wings. In Gothick style. Plank door to left with blind ogee arch above. 2-light casements to centre and right also with blind ogee heads. Square-headed 2-light casement to first floor of central range. Above door to left and window to right an arrow slit motif. Moulded rainwater heads, and drains, to each side of hexagonal range, which is machicolated, arid has a parapet. C20 one-storey extension to right. Interior not inspected. (Buildings of England: Warwickshire p.231)
