Description

Wolston Bridge is an 18th-century bridge, with one arch renewed in the 19th century and partially rebuilt in the mid to late 20th century. It is constructed of sandstone ashlar, while the rebuilding, string course, and parapet are made of 20th-century brick. On the south side, there are three round arches with keystones, and to the left, there is a 19th-century brick segmental arch. The north side features arches and cutwaters that are largely faced with 20th-century brick.
