Tile roof; C19 ridge stack of linked stacks with dogtooth cornices. 2 storeys; one-window range. Irregular front has sliding plank door and stone flat arch. Small opening with plank door to left. Small window to right. Half-glazed door and side-lights on right. First floor has plank door on right. C20 two-light casement. Left return side has fielded 8-panelled door in wood surround. Fixed light window with glazing bars above. To rear: bricked-up chamfered stone Tudor-arched doorway on right has small window inserted. Blocked C19 brick Tudor arch doorway to left. First floor has two 2-light leaded casements with gables. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
