Description

This chest tomb, dating from the mid to late 17th century, is located approximately 0.5 metres south of the chancel of the Church of St. Margaret on Wolston Main Street. It is made of carved and moulded sandstone, featuring a moulded plinth and top. The tomb has angular corner balusters, and the south side displays incised panels along with the remains of carved heads.
