NUNEATON AND BEDWORTH SP39SE 2/1 Hill Farmhouse approx. quarter of a mile N of Nuneaton Golf Club off Golf Drive - II

Farmhouse. Early C19 with mid C19 additions to rear. Flemish bond brick; brick string courses, rendered to front, and dentil cornice. Old plain-tile roof; brick end stacks; left stack rebuilt. L-plan with wing on left and addition on right to rear. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Half-glazed 4-panelled door and overlight. Mid/late C20 glazed porch. 3-light and central 2-light casements have glazing bars and brick segmental arches. Interior not inspected.
