Description
Hill Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse with mid-19th-century additions located approximately a quarter of a mile north of Nuneaton Golf Club off Golf Drive. The building is constructed of Flemish bond brick, featuring brick string courses and a rendered front, along with a dentil cornice. It has an old plain-tile roof and brick end stacks, with the left stack having been rebuilt. The farmhouse is designed in an L-plan, with a wing on the left and an addition on the right at the rear. It stands three storeys high and has a three-window range. The entrance includes a half-glazed four-panelled door with an overlight, and there is a mid to late 20th-century glazed porch. The windows consist of three-light and central two-light casements, which have glazing bars and brick segmental arches. The interior has not been inspected.
