Description

This chest tomb, dated 1805, is located approximately 1 metre east of the porch of the Church of St. Wilfrid in Old Arley. It is made of sandstone and features a moulded plinth and top, with fluted canted corners. The tomb is decorated with oval and circular panels that include vine leaves and festoons. There is an inscription dedicated to Mary Barber.
