Farmhouse. C17/C18 with C18/C19 alterations and additions, and late C20 alterations. Front and right range to rear of brick; left range to rear of sandstone rubble. Plain-tile roofs; brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. One storey and attic to front, 2 storeys to rear; 2-window range. Late C20 timber framed porch with old brick infill has half-glazed door. Straight joint to left of porch. C20 three-light casements under brick segmental arches. Dormers have late C20 three-light casements. Horizontal glazing bars throughout. Left return side has left part rebuilt in mid/late C20 brick. Rear has 2 gables. 2-window left range has 2-light casements and end stack. Right range has 3-light casements under brick segmental arches. Casements have horizontal glazing bar. Room behind and to right of porch is noted as having a large chamfered beam and post, and altered open fireplace.
