Description
This barn and stable, located 40 meters northeast of Bentleys Farmhouse, dates from the mid-17th century, 18th century, and mid-20th century. It features a timber frame with 18th and 19th century red brick infill, along with red and 20th century bricks. The roof is plain-tiled. The structure retains two bays of 17th century timber framing, with walls that are three panels high. The northwest wall includes some 20th century brickwork and a wagon opening. There are two mid-20th century stable doorways with split doors. Inside, the building has Queen-strut roof trusses.
