Description

Laxe's Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse located on Nuneaton Road. It is constructed of red brick with a red plain-tile roof and features a ridge stack. The building has a single-range plan with an adjoining parallel service range at the rear and stands two stories tall. The first floor has four small-pane wood casements set under segmental arches. A slightly off-centre gable at the front has a round-headed arch at the first floor. There are four similar windows on the ground floor, along with a doorway at the north end that has a boarded door.
