Description
This is an attached cottage located south of The Smithy, built in 1780 and remodeled in 1849. It features coursed and squared freestone blocks with herringbone tooling and a plain tile roof adorned with shaped tile bands. The cottage has an ashlar ridge stack and is aligned north-east to south-west, facing north-west. It is one storey with an attic and consists of about two bays. The ground floor has a three-light chamfered mullioned window with a rebated surround on the right, while the central gabled dormer includes a two-light chamfered mullioned window. To the left, there is a door with a cambered head and an ogee moulded surround.
