Description

Greenlands is an early 19th-century house with later alterations. It is built of stone, which has been plastered and lined to resemble ashlar, with a plain tile roof and coped verges. The house has ashlar chimney stacks with cylindrical shafts. It is aligned east-west and faces south, with extensions to the east and west.

The house is two storeys high and includes a chamfered eaves band. A single-storey extension is located to the right. The façade has a 2:3:2 bay arrangement, featuring wooden, chamfered mullioned windows of 2 and 3 lights. The main part of the house has a canted bay window on the left-hand side, while the right-hand extension has French casements. A central glazed door provides access to the house.
