Description
Little Eaves Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse with minor alterations from the mid-19th century. It is constructed from coursed dressed and squared stone of fine quality and features a tiled roof with verge parapets. There are brick stacks at both the end and the ridge towards the right end of the building. The farmhouse has a T-shaped plan and a long, low two-storey front with random window placements. To the right of the center, there are three two-light block mullioned casement windows, although the right-hand frame has been removed. On the ground floor, there are four casement windows, one of which is similar to those on the first floor and is positioned directly under the centremost window. The entrance is located in the center and features a boarded door. At the rear, there is a gabled wing that shares similar architectural details.
