Description

This early 19th-century house, originally a single dwelling, is now divided into two units at numbers 10 and 12, with a later mid-19th-century addition at numbers 14 and 16. The front is red brick, although number 12 is rendered. The building has tiled roofs and brick stack detailing, including an end stack marking the division of the units and ridge stacks. Numbers 10 and 12 are two storeys high and feature three windows each. These windows are 3-light casements with painted wedge heads. The entrances are situated between the windows, originally just one in the centre-right, featuring a wedge-shaped head, overlight, and a 20th-century twelve-panel door. Numbers 14 and 16, the mid-19th-century addition, have lower eaves and four windows, with the outer window being small. The inner windows are 3-light casements with segmental heads. Entrances are located at the building’s extremities, both with segmental heads, overlights, and boarded doors.
