Description
The perimeter wall and entrance gate to Bagnall Hall date from the early 19th century. The wall is made of rough-faced, coursed stone, measuring approximately 50 meters long and 1.2 meters high. It features pitched coping that ramps up to piers topped with ball finials, with the ends finished by piers. The wrought iron gate has an arched central panel that includes scrolled work. This structure is included for its group value.
