Description
No. 5 St Mary's Grove is a house, now used as an office, built around 1760. It is constructed of brick and has a tile roof with brick stacks at both ends. The building stands three storeys high and features a two-window range. There are brick platt bands above the ground and first floors, as well as a brick cornice with modillions. The central entrance has a rubbed brick cambered arch and a six-panel door, which includes two glazed panels and four fielded panels. The ground and first floor windows also have rubbed brick cambered arches, and all the windows are fitted with two-light casements. This property is included for its group value.
