Description

Rock Cottages is a modest range of three cottages dating from the 17th century, with early 19th-century alterations. They are constructed of stone on an outcrop of solid rock and were heightened in brick during the 19th century. The cottages are two storeys high and feature four casement windows with cambered heads, some of which have leaded lights. There are three small gables with pendants, and the roofs are tiled. The cottage on the east side has a well-crafted moulded beam over the fireplace.
