Description

Cotes Lodge is a 17th-century house that was refronted in the 18th century. It is a red brick farmhouse with three storeys and three sash windows that have cambered heads. The entrance features a plain wood doorcase with a rectangular fanlight, a modern part-glazed door, and a small weather hood. The building has a brick modillion eaves cornice and a tile roof that is hipped at the front and has a coped gable at the rear. Inside, the house has exposed ceiling beams and a beamed inglenook fireplace in the room to the left of the entrance.
