Description

Bannister's Farmhouse is a 17th century and 18th century building that was refronted in the 18th century. It has two storeys and features two windows. The roof is covered with red tiles and has hipped ends. There are massive tapering stacks at each end of the building. The walls are made of red brick laid in English bond, with cambered openings on the ground floor. The windows are casements, and there is a plain door with a modern hood supported by brackets. Inside, the farmhouse contains 17th century panelling.
