Description

This is a converted barn dating from the early 19th century, located approximately 3 yards south-west of The Greyhound on Wombourne Road in Swindon. The barn is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof. It is a single storey building with a dentilled eaves band and consists of three bays, which are separated by pilaster strips at the bay divisions and at each corner. The central cart entry has a semi-elliptical arch, and all walls are adorned with rows of small square air vents. This building is included for its group value.
