Description

This is a shop dating to around 1810, located in Lichfield. It is constructed of brick with plaster dressings, and has a parapeted roof. The building is of Georgian style. The parapet is likely from the 20th century. It is three storeys high and has a three-window front. A shop front installed in the late 19th century features a recessed central entrance behind a blind tympanum. This entrance has a contemporary glazed door and windows with three round-headed lights and decorative spandrels. To the left, there is an entrance with an overlight above a four-panel door. A consoled cornice and canvas canopies are also present. The upper floor windows have wedge lintels with decorative keys. The first-floor windows have 12-pane sashes, while the second-floor windows have 9-pane sashes and sills. A large wrought-iron lamp bracket is attached to the front of the building.
