Description

This is a late 18th-century detached cottage located on the west side of Wales Lane in Barton-under-Needwood. The cottage is constructed of brick and has coped gables, corbelled eaves, and a tiled roof. It is two storeys high with two casement windows on the front elevation. A plain doorway is present, sheltered by a rustic gabled wooden porch. A later single-window bay has been added to the left-hand side.
