Description

The Barn Cottage is a late medieval building, originally a cruck barn of five bays, substantially altered and renovated. It is constructed with a timber frame and brick, and has a modern tile roof. The cottage is two storeys high, featuring modern casement windows, some with leaded lights, and seven modern gabled dormers. A modern brick addition is present at the rear. The roof retains some curved wind braces.
