Description

This is an early 19th-century detached house with an L-shaped plan, located on Wales Lane in Barton-under-Needwood. It is constructed of colour-washed brick and has two storeys. The main block, which faces the road, features four casement windows and a plain modern doorway. A projecting two-window wing is situated on the left-hand side, also facing the road. The building has toothed eaves and a slate roof. Later alterations have been made to the building.
