Description

Ivy Cottage and Callander House is a pair of houses that originated as a single house in the early 18th century, with later alterations. The building is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof, along with a brick ridge stack and an integral end stack. The main part of the house, which is two storeys tall, is located on the right and includes a first-floor band and a moulded brick eaves course. To the left is a lower two-storey wing. The structure has a total of four bays, with segmental-headed 20th-century casements. The main house has a six-panelled door positioned to the right of centre, while the wing features a glazed door to the right, both of which are sheltered by glazed lean-to porches.
