Description

Harley Farmhouse is a mid-19th century house situated on the northeastern side of Utoxeter Road, Abbotts Bromley. It is constructed of painted brick with a plain tile roof and brick stacks integrated into the ends of the building. The house is two storeys high, featuring a dentil eaves course, two windows with 16-pane glazing bar sashes and small horns, each topped with a wedge lintel. A central entrance is marked by a five-panelled door protected by a bracketed hood. The property is well-preserved and contributes to the sensitive character of the area towards the western end of the town.
