Description

Sunny Brae and Sunny Mead are a pair of houses built in the early to mid-19th century. They feature stucco that is lined to resemble ashlar, and have a plain tile roof with shaped tile bands. The houses have a brick ridge stack with linked square sectioned shafts. They are two storeys tall with moulded eaves and three windows, which are 16-pane glazing bar sashes with shaped lintels. To the right and right of centre, there are six-panelled doors with bracketed hoods, and to the left, there is a four-centred carriage arch. This pair of houses is well preserved and located in a sensitive area towards the west end of the town.
