Description

St. Helens is a house dating from the 18th century, with later alterations. It is constructed of red brick with a clay tile roof featuring raised verges, and has a central brick stack. The house follows an L-shape plan with a lobby entry. It is two storeys high plus an attic, and has three bays. The windows are 16-pane glazing bar sashes with horns, and wedge lintels, with the first-floor central window being blind. The central entrance has a wooden doorcase with a rectangular overlight and a bracketed hood.
