Description

The mile stone located to the south-east of The Manor House is likely from the late 18th century. It is built into the front garden wall of the Manor House and features a stone tablet with a weathered inscription indicating distances: "London 139: Liverpool 70: Newcastle 19 miles: Uttoxeter 0 m."
