Description

No 74 on High Street is a building dating from 1756, located on the east side of the street. It is constructed of red brick and has two storeys. The façade features three sash windows, each set in moulded stone architraves. The outer windows are positioned within advanced panels, while the central window has a slight cornice hood supported by consoles. There is a central stone cornice hood porch with coupled square pilasters, a stone plinth, and a moulded band. The eaves are plain and lined, and the roof is hipped and covered with slate. Although the building is relatively simple in design, it enhances the overall appearance of the street.
