Milestone located outside Milestone Cottage, dating from the 19th century. It is a round arched stone tablet that stands approximately 2 and a half feet high. The tablet is inscribed with the distances to London (31 miles), Pulborough (15 miles), Arundel (24 miles), and Bognor (31 miles). This milestone is included for its historic interest.
