Description
The Rural District Offices, dating from 1756, is a 17th-century timber-framed building that has been modernized with cement rendering and 19th-century windows. It stands two storeys tall and features four stone-framed windows along with an entrance doorway that is topped by a 19th-century trefoil opening in a pointed arch. The building has a small plinth, a small modillion cornice, and is covered with tiles. It is part of a group of listed buildings that includes No 21 to Bank House on the northwest side of Church Street.
