Description

Eastfield is a good mid-18th century house constructed of red brick. It stands three storeys tall and features six sash windows with rusticated stone lintels. The building has a moulded stone eaves cornice. There is a 19th-century side door with a cornice, while the main entrance consists of six panels and includes a rectangular traceried fanlight. This entrance is set within a projecting Tuscan porch that has a plain frieze, cornice, and a small parapet. The original slate roof has been replaced with tiles. The property also includes an area with 19th-century cast-iron railings.
