Description

This is a milepost dating from the mid to late 19th century. It is made of cast iron and has a triangular section with a chamfered top. The top face is inscribed with "GRATWICH". The left-hand face displays "WESTON 5½ / STAFFORD 10", while the right-hand face shows "UTTOXETER 4".
