Description

Maxstoke House is a pair of houses dating from the 18th century. They are constructed of orange brick with a clay tile roof, featuring a dentilled eaves course and brick end and ridge stacks. The houses have two storeys and three windows, which are contemporary casements with shaped lintels. Contemporary panelled doors are located to the left and right of centre, each with a short flight of steps leading up to them. Maxstoke House occupies a prominent position in the approach to the market place.
