Description

Old Caynton Mill is an early 19th-century water mill that has been converted into a house. It is located on the River Meese and features a long red brick structure topped with a plain tile roof that has gabled ends and brick dentil eaves. The building stands three storeys tall and has five window openings. Modern windows have been installed in the original segmental arched openings, and there is also a loft doorway that has been fitted with windows. The interior does not contain any machinery.
