II Early C19 lodge. Former gate lodge to Apley Castle. Stuccoed. Low-pitched hipped slate roof. One storey. Three bays, centre advanced and pedimented with Tuscan porch, and glazed door with panelled reveals. Left and right sashes with glazing bars. Central rendered chimney stack.
