Description

The Severn Trent Water Authority is a late 18th century brick house located on Vineyard Road. It features a tiled roof with brick parapet gable ends, a moulded stone cornice, and a blocking course. The building stands three storeys high and has three bays. The windows are sashes without glazing bars, with voussoired lintels and keyblocks on the first floor, while the second floor has plain lintels. On the ground floor, there is a large late 19th century bay window and a central porch supported by Tuscan columns and topped with a heavy entablature.
