The building has a steeply pitched machine tile roof with gabled ends and a moulded eaves soffit. It is two storeys high with an attic and has a four-window range, featuring sashes with glazing bars. The right-hand first-floor window is a tripartite sash. No. 20 has a wide doorcase with double doors and a hood supported by console brackets.
