Description

New Caynton Mill House is a late 18th century painted brick house featuring a plain tile roof with parapet gable ends and brick dentil eaves. The building has three storeys and is arranged in three bays. It includes sash windows with glazing bars set in segmental arched openings, along with two small casement windows on the second floor. A stringcourse runs at the first floor sill level. The central entrance is highlighted by a moulded doorcase with a rectangular fanlight above and a fielded panel door. Brick chimney stacks are located at each end of the house.
