Description

Dothill House is an 18th-century red brick house located on Wellington North Road. It features a plain tile roof with parapet gable ends and a moulded brick eaves cornice. The building is three storeys high and has three window ranges, with sashes that mostly lack glazing bars. The centre window on the first floor is blind. The ground and first floor windows are set in segmental arched openings with triple keyblocks. There is a central doorway that has a moulded architrave and a panelled and glazed door. To the right, there is a modern bay with a tiled roof over the centre porch. The house has brick end chimney stacks. Additionally, there is a two-storey wing to the left (west) that dates from the early 19th century.
