Description

The Beeches is a house from the 18th century, constructed of red brick with a red plain tiled roof. It features red brick chimney stacks on both the right and left sides. The building has two storeys and attics, with a single bay extension on the right that matches the main structure. A parapet and a moulded, dentilled cornice adorn the top. There are three flat-headed dormers, and the windows follow a 5:1 range pattern, with no first-floor window on the right extension. The vertically sliding sashes have central glazing bars, horns, and moulded surrounds. The central doorway includes reveal panels, pilasters, a cornice, console brackets, and a moulded open pediment, topped by a six-panel door and a semi-circular fanlight above.
