Description

Orchard Cottage is a house dating from the 18th and 19th centuries. It is constructed of red brick with a red plain tiled roof and a dentilled eaves cornice. A central chimneystack is built of red brick. The front of the house has a two-window arrangement featuring early 3-light leaded metal casement windows. A central door has a plank and muntin design, with panelled pilasters and a flat canopy supported by brackets. A rear range extends from the main house.
