Description

This milestone, located approximately 550 metres south-west of the junction of the A488 with the B4385, dates from the mid to late 19th century. It is made of white painted stone with black lettering and features a rounded top. The inscription reads "MILES" radially at the top, with the distances to Bishop's Castle (1 mile), Clun (5 miles), and Knighton (12 miles) displayed below.
