Description

This building is a garage located on the southwest corner of the junction with Lower Raven Lane in Ludlow. It dates back to the 16th century and was originally a house. The structure features a timber frame with brick infill and a plain tile roof. It is two stories high and has a single-window range. The early 19th-century window is a 5/10 sash in an altered opening, with a blocked mullion light to the left. On the ground floor, there is a 19th-century fixed light under a stop-moulded bressummer supported by consoles. To the left, there is a brick range that includes three mid-19th-century 6/6 sash windows above a 20th-century garage door on the returned side.
