Description
This building is a garage associated with Silverburn Cottages and Silverburn House, dating from the mid-19th century. It is a single-storey terrace consisting of 15 bays, although some openings have been blinded. The structure is made of small red bricks and features a roof covered with modern red pantiles.
On the southeast elevation, there is an asymmetrically arranged row of 10 windows and 3 doors. All doors are part-glazed, made of boarded timber, and include letterbox fanlights. To the right of the center, there is a wide pend, with a sliding timber garage door located further to the right.
The windows are timber sash and case types, featuring a 12-pane glazing pattern. The building also has three coped brick ridge stacks.
